Privacy and How We Share Your RFQ

Last updated September 2026. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

When you send an RFQ we receive your name, email, company, country, optional phone number, the part details you enter and the files you upload. When a shop registers we receive company and contact details plus machine, bar capacity and capability information. We use Google Analytics to count visits and form submissions.

How we share your RFQ

We send matching shops a short preview first: part type, material, diameter and length, quantity, tolerance, region and deadline. The preview does not include your name, company, contact details or files.

Your contact details and files go only to the shops that take your request, 3 at most. Shops pay us for matched requests. We do not sell your details to anyone else and we do not add you to marketing lists.

NDA requests

If you tick the NDA box, we share only the preview until the shop has signed an NDA with you. Files are released after that.

How long we keep files

We keep RFQs and drawings for 12 months so we can handle follow-up questions and repeat orders. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email and we act on it within 30 days. Shops that already received your RFQ hold their own copy under their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages help buyers. They set cookies. You can block them in your browser without affecting the forms.
